Located conveniently in South Granville on West 8th Avenue, Kondi Fitness offers group callanetics classes designed to tone and tighten through a series of small weight-bearing movements. Because the exercises are all fueled by your own body weight and resistance (no weights here), their workouts leave Kondi-goers feeling lean and not bulky.
